Import your history from a CSV in a few minutes. The file is read in your browser; only the sessions are saved.

How the import works

1. Export a detailed CSV from your old tracker (how, just below).
2. Sign up for Tally, then open Integrations → Import time and pick the file.
3. Check the dates and hours, and match each client to a Tally client or keep its name.
4. Import. Entries already in Tally are skipped, so importing the same file twice is safe.

In Toggl Track: Reports → Detailed → pick the dates → Export → CSV.

What carries over

• Date, start time and duration
• Client (or project, when there's no client)
• Project, task and description, as the session note
• Billable or not

Importing works on every plan. Free has up to 5 clients and shows the last 7 days, so to see your whole history you'll want Premium.
